Bookkeeping – Financial Accounting
Our guiding principle is that the accounting system serves as a management tool for the business owner. The documentation produced for the tax authorities is merely a by-product.
Our aim is therefore to maintain an accounting system that is as accurate, informative and transparent as possible, and we will be pleased to assist you at any time in interpreting the monthly evaluations. At any rate, you will receive a short-term earnings statement from us every month, a list of balances in the form of a balance sheet and a profit and loss report as well as the value-added tax payment form. On request, we will also be pleased to supply you with an open items list as well as a complete account report with the transactions on each account listed side-by-side (up to a maximum of 12 columns).
A special feature of our firm is that we offer monthly reporting. A monthly report includes the most important accounting information illustrated in graphical form and thus easy to read and interpret. Ask us to explain the meaning of the individual graphics and please let us know which features of your accounting system are of particular importance to you. We will then add them to your monthly report accordingly.
Balance sheets are prepared to provide information about the period that has just elapsed. The owner of a business should be in a position to know how good or poor the financial standing of his/her company really is. This information is provided by the annual financial statements.
As by-products we also determine the basis of taxation and, if necessary, produce a summary of your annual financial statements to be published in the commercial register. Timely financial accounting forms the basis of a business consultancy meeting in the course of the review of the annual financial statements.
